Mary has spent her entire career working as a TV Writer and Producer, first in TV news, then in documentary series production, and scriptwriting. But her tales of online dating excursions weren't written for the latest reality dating show or primetime drama... they were real life.
Perhaps her years of curating a good story trained her well. She didn't fall for the bully or the married man with the secret plan, she outwitted the narcissist and the wealthy businessman who called her "a good looking broad", and she outlasted the cop who needed a nurse and the grandpa fifteen years older than his profile photo.
She survived. And somehow found Vince the Prince in the middle of all that chaos. Now she's ready to share it all.
So in 2025, Mary began focusing on putting her recollections about her online dating experiences to paper. It was a long journey full of red flags, mistakes, and many, many lessons. Now she's sharing her hard-won wisdom and advice with others who are interested in taking the plunge into the dating world, hoping to give them the confidence and tools to succeed (without all the drama.)
